Hi Sai,
Ireland being the IT hub of Europe and the only English-speaking country of EU (thanks to Brexit), most companies have set up their IT operations from Ireland (and in Netherlands too). This has created numerous opportunities for IT graduates at this point of time. Most of the IT companies have graduate programs, which trains them for a period of 1-2 years and enable them to work in the industry. This is beneficial for the students who don't have previous work experience. But if you compare it to UK or USA, selecting later is more beneficial since UK offers PSW of 2 years and US being the IT hub globally, finding jobs is much easier in these countries.
