The majority of the places and people in Florida are quite accepting of outsiders, especially students. Also, most campuses in US universities are generally safe as well. The universities make adequate arrangements for emergencies and prevention of campus safety threats. So, to answer your question, is it safe for Indian students in USA, it definitely is!
