I need help from selecting a university

My cgpa is 6.95 from Electronics and communication background,backlog count is 3 ,Gre score 319 with awa 3 and duolingo score 140 and I also have a IEEE research paper on my name.i want to have CS or DS as my major.I have difficulty on choosing the university so please anyone can help me through this #masters #universityselection #Datascience
