I have pursued my undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering with 8.55 cgpa. I have got 7.5 band

I have pursued my undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering with 8.55 cgpa. I have got 7.5 bands in ielts,4 LORs, 9 month unpaid internship and 1 month fellowship program in Russia.. what are my chances of getting admit in
1) Carleton University?
2) University of ottawa?
3)UBC?
4) University of Saskatchewan?

and will giving gre exam help or i should apply without gre?
