I have got my Transcripts but marks are only till 5th semester!!Is it ok to apply with only this tra

I have got my Transcripts but marks are only till 5th semester!!Is it ok to apply with only this transcript??I have not yet got 6th Semester Marks card,but online result is available.What should i do? I cannot get new transcripts now. And have to apply for universities as 15th is deadline? #HELP#URGENT#
