I have entered the wrong email address for my recommendation. Now I can't change it. It is for SUNY BUFFALO. What do I do now? Can my professor email from his address directly to the university? I am very much worried.

AFAIK there will be an option to change the recommendation info on the application itself, if not contact the graduate admissions office. They will make the necessary changes for you.

You can make the id that you have entered and then fill the form. One of my friend made the same mistake but was still admitted in suny buffalo.
