Hi Eswar, rejections lead to waste of money and time, so now when you apply, make sure that ur profile is strong engouh for you to get an admit.

ii. The University of Alabama
iii. Saint Mary's College of California
iv. Suffolk University

Your CGPA is really low, and you have a lot fo backlogs, but your IELTS and GRE is good enough. 
You need to Overshadow your low CGPA and Backlogs with the help if ur IELTS, GRE, Work experience, SOP, LORS and Resume.

Tread carefully, work on your profile, and apply once ur confidant enough.
Apply for application fee waivers before submitting forms so that u dont lose anything even if u dont get accepted.
