Both the programs at these universities are varying, you should choose the best fit for yourself by assessing your inclined interest towards a course out of these two.
However, in terms of university selection here's some stats for you to help decide one university.

UT Dallas is ranked #29 in Best Business Schools and business analytics is a speciality program of the university. 
However, George Mason University is unranked in the area of business schools and is more specialised for courses related to law.

I think, UT Dallas is a much more superior university considering the above factors.
