I couldn’t apply for fall 2023 intake , can i apply for spring 2024 ? But my agent told visa slots will be unavailable

I couldn’t apply for fall 2023 intake and didnt give my gre as I planned for a different country . Now that i want to give my gre, i planned to go for spring 2024 . But when I contacted my agent , she told that it is not possible to get slots for spring intake and she gave me a list of universities for fall 2023 whose applications are still open, but I wasn’t satisfied with the list. So i planned for spring 2024 but scared of the visa slot. Please give me suggestions as I am very confused #applicationprocessusa #admissions #confused #gre #ms
