I cannot fill the Organization Name in addition to Contact Person name in the DS 160 form, how to so

I cannot fill the Organization Name in addition to Contact Person name in the DS 160 form, how to solve this?

When I untick the organization name option, the contact name automatically ticks to do not know and the same haplens vice versa.
