I applied for NJIT and Stevens MS CS, and got admit in Stevens. I was about to join Stevens in this Fall 20 but due to current pandemic I'm deferring my admit for Spring or Fall 21.

Stevens being an expensive university, still was worth due to its location and ROI. But with current unemployment and other problems going on, is it worth paying high tuition? Or should I consider taking GRE again and applying in California, such as SFSU, SJSU or other universities?

Although I hate giving GRE again as I'm not liking that verbal part. I can't by heart those 1000 words and meanings.
