I am confused by the rankings and can any one suggest which university is better for MS CS

Well though ranking does matter to some extent, its better to sekect the college based on your affordability, location, interneship opportunities.

One of the best way to do that would be to mail the colleges and ask them to connect to the seniors or alumni and ask them(internship, assistantship opportunities in 2nd,3rd sems, quality of professors).

That way you'll get the most organic review and can make a better decision instead of asking fellow applicants, who are kinda in the same boat as you are.
