I am aiming for a biomedical sciences PhD program my GRE 300 IELTS 7 work experience 5yrs as a pharmacist bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences with distinction with honour master degree not finished with gpa 3.655 I am going to apply for Tulane and Wayne state university, if there are other options plz enlighten me second I need to know should I sent the official IELTS score to these universities.for admission Decision or not???
