How to bring the application cost down for studying in USA

Hey,
I am in class 12th and graduate from school in 2023.
I want to study in a university in USA that offers need blind scholarship(like mit, harvard etc) as I cannot afford the fees there.
As we know that at least ₹80,000 are spent even before we go to the college in the application and examination process. I belong to a poor background and couldn't just spend that much amount on just the applications not knowing for sure if I am going to be accepted there.
I want to know if there is any way that I can bring the application, examination etc and all that cost down to 10,000-20,000 Rs.

Yes , each university has an application fees varying from 60-95 usd but there are is a way on getting this application fee waivers. Emailing an admission officer of that particular university you are planning to apply stating a negotiation of the application fees by any chance due to your financial status can actually do really help as many of the students who opted cold emailing the admission officer stated. There are some universities in USA with no application fees but as you mentioned you are looking for need blind universities cold-emailing is a great option. Henceforth, bringing down to 10-20k inr is a bit tough in the process of studying in US hope you understand.
