Hello Rahul,

There are various factors for admissions to different universities in the US. Out of the many CGPA and work experience plays a decent role, but the Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, English Proficiency, etc would also have a hand in giving out admissions.

I would say you have a wonderful CGPA and a great experience for admission. However, now you must focus on securing a good English Proficiency score and GRE/GMAT score. Also, work on your SOP and make it as effective as possible for making your admit chances easier.
