2) CSU Fullerton- information systems
3) UMBC- information systems

I would suggest Umbc  over Fullerton if you would prefer IS, bcz of its moderate fee and good reputation but if u want to complete your graduation in IS in less amount like around 15 -20 L CSU Fullerton is better option I heard even CSU is gaining reputation for its CS programs, finally if u want to choose and EM path which is completely different from IS then go with uncc

@Mango If you are really concerned for job, EM is not your cup of Tea. The best will be CSU, Fullerton as you will be in California, the discipline is good enough from job prospects and academically CSU Fullerton also is good for CS.
