I have an admit from Rutgers for the MIT program. I am waiting for a decision from UHCL and Stevens for the MIS programs. Can you guys help me decide which one to go for??

actually I have received an email from UHCL stating that they want my failed marksheets as well for calculating GPA accurately. I have sent them my pass marksheets but not the failed ones as i dont have them.. what am i supposed to do??
