Got two decisions today and both rejects. UTD and SJSU.(MS in CS) .

Profile: Gre-309(Q-163) ,TOEFL-104 
CGPA -7.66/10 (EEE) 
Work experience - 10 months as a SAP developer. 
Decent LOR and SOP.
Has good extra curricular achievements and Leadership . 
Collaborated with my professor and wrote C and MATLAB programs for an academic text.

Could you please suggest me some safe universities for MS in CS for fall 2018 , that still have the deadline?
