Hi all... I have received the following admits

NEU ms in electrical 
UMCP ms in telecom
NYU MS in electrical with 7000 dollars per year scholarship 
Usc ms in electrical for spring 18

I don't mind going in spring if there are no major disadvantages. 
Which will be the best choice if cost is not a big factor? 
Btw i am less inclined to go in telecom and more towards electrical

NYU is NYU tandon right?
NYU courant is for CS and Maths only i dont know if they add anything

NYU tandon and NEU are not even close  to USC and UMCP 
UMCP is better but telecom is inferior i would say to electrical 
so USC is obvious choice
