U have got good cgpa. GRE is below 297 but good for Cleveland.  You deserve better universities. 
Take 18 months work experience and improve ur GRE  to say 308.
U shud get UNCC Portland NEU etc

Advantage of work experience is that u will be picked up quickly for ur internship and future job
