Question

What are the chances of getting Canada Visa with IELTS 6.5 (L-7, R-5.5, W-7, S-6).

and I've applied through IDP consultant, so they are saying it's possible to get visa if we show good source of funds,

Hi,
Please understand that your visa and your IELTS score have no correlation. IELTS is an eligibility test. Funds and visas have a correlation. You have to prove that you have enough funds to complete your master's degree. If the visa officer thinks that you do not have enough funds to complete your master's, then your visa will be rejected. That is why your consultancy might have to told you that if you show fewer funds then your chances of visa getting a rejection is high. Show at least 1.5 times the 1-year expense to be on the safer side.

IELTS score will affect your university admit decision not your visa decision. Its fine to have an IELTS score with one module being 5.5 and an overall 6.5 is an average score, don't worry. If in case of an  interview, speak fluently and confidently. don't give vague answers. speak to the point. That should be enough.

An interview may be required if decided by the visa officer or on the submission of incomplete visa application documents. interviews are held in extremely rare cases. Due to visa backlogs, interviews are basically not held at all. 
In conclusion, no one can say the chances of your visa. Also, there is no point in worrying about the IELTS score at this point. If the score was good enough for the university, it should be good enough for the visa officials. The IDP consultant is right - showing as much as liquid funds will help. This will give assurance that you have enough funds to complete a degree even if there is a financial crisis.
