Hey i have appeared for IELTS and i want suggestions for what country options are available for me.

I have appeared two times for IELTS from wich i got the overall score of 6.5 with L-8.0, R&W-6.5 and S-4.5 during first attempt.
However, i attempted once again and got the results today which is, overall 6.5 with L-8.5 , R-7, W-6.5 and unfortunately 4.5 in speaking.
I have Speach defect and also provided medical certificate. Can anyone suggest me what countries i can apply with this score. Also, i have 7.84 CGPA in my academic.
