Help with UNI selection

Need help with deciding which university to select.
1. MS in Telecomm (had applied for ece) at UMCP.
2. MS in Comp Engg (had applied for msc) at ASU.
Considering I had done my btech in EXTC and have a year of exp in the network domain. Will it still be beneficial to go with option 2 rather than option 1. Please comment and let me know. Also considering the macro economic situation, is it safe to pursue a masters this year?
