Help urgent ! MS in MIS

uni of utah IS with $15k scholarship vs uni of south florida bais (total fee of uou will be same as of usf ,even aftr schloarship)

please also comment the reasons for selecting that uni if possible

Utah is lower rank university than USF only for MIS. Location is ok salt Lake City.  USF for MIS is good. Ppl have got jobs but confirm this for current year from seniors.

I have poor or no knowledge about analytics jobs at Utah.  MIS USF guys have got two jobs (some of them) that much sure. Both these GSU and USF MIS appear to get jobs don't know why.

Thank u shirish but i have heard that utah course is very basic but utah is good for analytic jobs 
I talked to a few of seniors they said that tempa's location is a bit disadvantage but u can get jobs n internships
