Hello @sparshG Can you please suggest Ambi, Mod and Safe Universities for the following profile?

GRE - 309 (150V 159Q 4.0AWA)
TOEFL - Yet to take.
GPA - 6.8 Instrumentation Engineering (Mumbai University) (7.8 & 8.4 in last year if that makes any difference)
Work Experience - 8 months as a BMS Engineer.
No papers.
1 Major project related to Electronics and 1 minor project.

Looking for MS in EE preferably Photonics or Signal Processing.

Should I apply now or wait for 1 more year to increase my work experience and retake GRE? I scored 165+ in all mocks but real exam really surprised me. Now I am not sure if I really will be able to score 165 with re-attempt. Also, will it increase my chances of getting into a decent university significantly?
