IITC is the best but for ur profile it is ambitious. The want cgpa 64% at least. Fullerton is mod u can say
Suggest u to take some work experience of 24 month and apply for 2019 fall. U will pass out in 2021 and trump will be out by then. If u go now u will get third rate univ. Also at recent career fair in some colleges they alloted 28 % average vacancies for international students. Out of which students of other colleges also participate

Illinois institute of technology has upper rank than other Illinois universities.. and CSU Fullerton is good as per the location means considering industries and firms.. so check out their fees and decide urself.. coz as far as I know Illinois is too much expensive
