Internships : 2 Internships(Industrial Training) related to electrical engineering (power electronics)
Extra Curriculars : Organizing various events related to electronics/ robotics @ college clubs / college festivals. Participated in various competitions related to
electronics (won 1 competition and 1 student paper competition)

Please evaluate the colleges in the list. I am confused between UMinnesota and Penn state (both ambitious) and UMass Amherst, Michigan State (both Moderate).
