I am in third year of BSC-IT  living in india
want to become a cloud architect and i am planning to do my PG abroad so i need help in preparation for GRE and TOEFL? How do I select the Universities for it? and the whole process.

Course curriculum 
Number and proximity to job opportunities
Research opportunities available from that University
Current work trends of the alumni from that course
Location, ranking and fees
