GRE score - 310, IELTS - 7.0, Under grad - 57% average, final year - 67% (distinction), 2 years of relative work experience. Looking for masters in CS!
Interested in 3 countries - Canada, Germany and the US in order of preference
U.S last because don't want to shell out that kind of money
Maximum tuition fees budget is 20L for 2 years. Can you suggest viable universities from below list and add others you think I can make into?
Also I am aiming for Mcgill, Western, Victoria in Canada
