GRE - 325
Quant: 170
Verbal: 155
AWA: yet to receive
TOEFL: 112
Undergrad: Electrical Engineering, GPA 9.5/10 (honors), with one year abroad at MIT (GPA 5.0/5.0).
Work experience: 2 months in Defense company, 2 months in a research facility of the US.
Papers: 9 conference papers, 6 in local conferences at Brazil and 3 in international. Plus one journal paper submitted to IEEE Transactions and uploaded on Arxiv.
Letters: 2 from research advisors from my college in Brazil and one from the research internship supervisor at US. I think all of those are strong letters, but none of them are famous in their research communities.
My intended field of research is Robotics.
This is my list so far:
Ambitious: MIT, Standford.
Moderate: Georgia Tech, UPenn, Carnegie Mellon, UMich-Ann Harbor, Harvard.
Safe: Boston University.
Do you think that I am classifying them right? Would you have any suggestions?
