Decide ASAP whether you wanna join or not. It unethical to accept when you'll not be joining.

I don’t think it’s unethical because not all universities are rolling decisions at the same time. Universities understand this, but if you have already decided that u are not going to join this, just send them a mail.

It wont be a problem if you dont join later on.. however just notify them through e-mail telling that last minute admit made you change your decision and apologize

@oromis It is not a good practice. At some point you have to take a decision. If you dont want to join better to give them a mail. That will create a good opinion in US about Indian students.
