FOR 2022 Intake I did mechanical engineering(67.97%) in undergraduate(2014-2018) from IOE, TU, Nepal

FOR 2022 Intake I did mechanical engineering(67.97%) in undergraduate(2014-2018) from IOE, TU, Nepal and now i am doing MBA(1st sem 67%)at york st john university, london(2020-2022) Now I want to pursue msc in mechanical engineering. Now my question is - 1) what are the requirements for msc like english test/gre????. (Note- I heard those students who graduated from english speaking country will not require to take any english test) 2) Which Intake will give full funding? 3) Can I do ME after MBA and BE? I published one research paper during my undergraduate degree.
