FAFSA Issue?

Guys I got admitted to Syracuse University. Recently I got one task in Financial Aid To Do List on my MySlice portal. It says I have to have to fill the form to complete the task.
First of all, I am an international student, secondly I have taken a loan from Prodigy Finance. I do not want or require for such additional financial support. Please help! What should I do here?
