Doubt regarding F1 visa

1. My father is going to sponsor my MS in CS. He is retired from a private MNC and has enough savings and PF to fund my education.

Will my f1 visa be rejected if he doesn’t have higher income that he used to have?

2. I have an elder sister(married) in usa.

Will these 2 factors cause visa rejection?
