Does my previous back logs affect while choosing a university, like I had 3 back logs in my 2nd year

Does my previous back logs affect while choosing a university, like I had 3 back logs in my 2nd year 1 Sem which I cleared in my 2nd sem. No more back logs. Does this affect my chances of getting a good University?
