Does anyone have an idea about the total tuition and fees cost of NCSU(bareing the living expenses). I am having trouble finding a fixed amount. also what amount do we nees to show for visa? will it put me at a disadvantage for obtaining visa if my entire i20 is loaned?

The entire cost i.e. living plus tuition will be mentioned in the i20. Also, for your visa, showing nearly twice the i20 is more than enough. As far as the loan is concerned, I don't think it would affect your chance of getting a visa. hope this helps :)

As far as i heard, visa officials discourage showing hard assets like property.
