Hi,
Unfortunately, online certifications and projects are not enough to get admit especially for ms in cs. Try to go to hackathons, win some global events and competitions, Kaggle projects. This will have a much better impact on your profile. Also, consider computer engineering instead of computer science. Some universities allow CE students to take CS courses.
