Did anyone get a full-time scholarship yet in any colleges for MS in CS? And canyone help me my chances for scholarships in these applied colleges :

My Profile:
Research Interest : Machine Learning
GRE : 322 (Q:170, V:152)
TOEFL : 101 (R:26, W:25, L:26, S:24)
3 Research papers in Machine Learning (1 in IEEE International Conference, 1 in International Journal, 1 in national Journal)
Decent Projects in Machine Learning, Been into ACM ICPC Asia Regionals twice, Decent profiles on GitHub, Spoj, Codechef, Codeforces, etc.

Universities (Sorted in decreasing order of priority):
1. University of Massachusetts, Amherst
2. University of Minnesota, Twin Cities
3. Michigan State University
4. Dartmouth College
5. Pennsylvania State University, University Park
6. Arizona State University

You have done a lot of extra stuff to cover up your low acads which is good but the universities in your list are highly reputed, I don't see anyone giving you a scholarship in the 1st sem except for maybe ASU..2nd sem onward if you do well,yes you can get TA/RA

U want scholarship and ur thinking about Dartmouth.. its very very costly.. remove that

rest 3,6 u will get.. max chance.. 
rest 1,2,5 cannot tell may be upper mod/amb

and scholarship is quite a luck.. should match ur work.. professor work.. and ur timing.. so try hard will get.. infact try for RA positions..

No offence, don't take this personally. 2-3% probably. Its not a case of your profile but more so a case of getting funding(scholarship) in masters. No school will give any funding for masters, they only have a limited amount available and they only give it to PhD students.
