Course duration mentioned in i20

Hi guys, MSU has issued my i20 before a week
And I was confused to see the course duration. It’s mentioned the course starts from Aug 2023 and ends on April 2027 (which is almost three and a half years)

Any idea on what the course duration is for MS in Construction Management at Michigan State University? (Other universities have a two year time period)
