Conditional Offer

I have a transcript with only 5 semesters (9.1 CGPA). I have taken my 6th-semester courses along with my 7th-semester as I had a serious professional reason. And as of now I have a transcript with only 5 semesters. Can the universities in Canada (Top 10) give conditional offers in my case??
