Chances for admission in Germany

Question

So, my case is complex but I hope someone might guide me here.   
  So, I am a physically disabled individual with an IELTS overall score of 8 and, a Gre 307 score. My Cgpa is less 2.8 and I am an HR professional turned data analyst. With over one year of an exp as an HR assistant and now I am seeking roles as a data analyst.   
  A few years back, I applied to unis in the States, Canada but my visa was rejected because they think I am a special person so might become a burden on their medical facilities (which there is no proof of because I did submit a medical prognosis from doc and he told me I will live a normal life and my condition will not change)   
  Now I want to apply to unis in Germany for an MSc in Finance or quant-related courses where I can combine my data analysis with finance. But my question is:   
  Will my disability become an issue if I appear for an interview?   
  Plus, my IELTS score expiry is in April and the deadline is in March. Should I apply with a new test or an old one might work?   
  Plus, do recommend some unis as well? #masters #Germany #finance #economics

If the application deadline is before the expiration of your IELTS, then its not an issue. However keep in mind the requirements for masters in Germany is very strict so do check if you are actually eligible for the couse. If not then don't bother applying coz there are very limited seats for a single german program, very different than the seating capacity of the unis in US. Also regarding you disability, contact the consulate who might clear your doubts. But last I hear there's no reason you'll be denied visa for germany
