Can you guys recommend how much medical insurance we should take for US ?

These are the exact words mentioned by my University.

"International students in F-1 status attending University of Colorado Colorado Springs are highly encouraged to have a medical insurance policy that provides coverage for their study in the U.S."

Also any other insurance covers recommended ?
