Can u suggest 1 between Buffalo MIS and cincinnati MSIS program?

My Profile:
Gre - 321 (Q170/V151)
TOEFL - 106
3yrs IT exp
CGPA - 7.71.

I know Buffalo is the cheaper 1. But not considering the fees, considering only the course and career prospects, which would u prefer?
