Hi Rupali, this heavily depends on the University. Some unis like CU Boulder, UMD, Uni of Wisconsin etc. had removed the requirement for covid, but many may bring it back up!
The best way to confirm is that by checking the university admission requirements yourself individually.
Also, IELTS is a must if you want to study abroad. They need to know your language skills before they can give you an admission. Some unis may have added Duolingo to the mix, but waiving it off is not an option in most popular unis.
