Can anyone suggest which is better to choose for TOEFL prep?

I am a 2023 graduate. I am planning for my fall 2024 intake. I am currently starting my TOEFL preparation. Which is better? Should I take some paid courses or are free resources enough? If paid, please explain why and what affordable resources are available, including mock, practice, and full-length test series; if free, please explain the strategies and how to prepare with free resources to score as high as possible out of 120.
