Cam someone tell me all the sources of loans? Looks like Credila is not possible for me, because of low income of father. What all things are required for Government bank loans?

Actually my father is retired and has a meagre income of roughly a 1000 bucks per month as pension. That's why Credila refused the loan. 
Apart from this, I only have a house as fixed asset (10-12 lakhs) which I can sell if need be and some 7 lakhs as savings. Which loan company can I approach for both I20 and Visa?

Okay this good enough. You should approach state Bank of India(SBI) they will provide you a better way, and look we have to give the total amount of tuition fee in instalments, as may be 6 monthly installment, so don't need to bother about that, see what I suggest you is please don't go with the private firm's, now they would give you assurance, but in the end they would cheats you, all the best!
