California State University,Frenso. Does this university accept IELTS? And is GRE waived off?

Hi Siri, Before answering this question, I need to tell you that while you are asking a question, you need to mention the course you want to study too because GRE waiver is course dependent. Some courses have Gre waived off and for some courses it's not.
