Hi Aravind You seem to have a really good gpa to get into University of Houston and if Duolingo is accepted you can get an admit too , But i would still prefer you to take toefl or ielts as it will definitely lead to more questions by Visa officer and They are moody and they can outright reject you if they don't like Your Answer if it's generic.
