Hi! Kindly evaluate my profile and suggest some universities.

GRE: 309(Q-158,V-151,AWA-4)
CGPA: 7.71 from a reputed college affiliated to Anna University
Papers: 2 international
Experience: 15 months as Full Stack Developer at a startup
8 months of internship as SDE at a startup
1 LOR from CEO, 1 from HOD and another from my professor.

I previously applied for fall 17 to USC, UTD, NEU, SJSU and SUNY Buffalo with a GRE score of 303.

Can I apply to the same colleges again? Do I stand a chance and kindly let me know few other universities too. Thank you.
