Bank account statement for F1 visa interview.

How to justify sudden huge cash deposit in bank account to visa officer?
I have loan sanction letter that is 1.5 times of amount required by i20 but I guess they ask for other sponsors too. Right?
Though I have some genuine reasons like my father lend that amount to his friends and relatives and then they returned that amount.
Would visa officer be convinced by this?
